As the pandemic has raged on, we’ve creatively developed a new, safe way to work with clients remotely: Virtual Interior Design. Nearly identical to our Luxe Full Service design experience, the design concept you receive is comprehensive, personal and thoughtful.

The big difference?

This design concept deliverable is so detailed that you can implement our design on your own! (No, this is not a simple, bare-bones e-design.) This is professional Interior Design created in a way that you can implement beautifully on your own.

We have seen SO much success with Virtual Interior Design over the past 6+ months that I figured it’s about time I shared our process with you. What’s Virtual Interior Design really like?

Step 1: Submit Contact Form

All projects start by you filling out the contact form on our website. This gets you in our system, and starts our process!

Step 2: Welcome Call

During our initial Welcome Call, we’ll chat briefly about your project, answer any of your questions, and make sure Virtual Interior Design is the right service for your home and design goals.

Step 3: Initial Prep & Measurements

Once you’ve signed on to work with us, we’ll send over detailed instructions for gathering all the information we’ll need to launch your project. This may include more details about your goals, getting measurements of your space, some style questions, and more.

Step 4: Project Kick-Off via Zoom

After your prep-work is complete, we hop on a Zoom call to launch your project. This is your first official project meeting, just like we would do in person. We take the time to fully understand your design dilemmas, your daily routine, your furnishings budget, and your design dreams. Yes, you have our permission to dream big! 😉

Step 5: Design Concept Creation

Just like any project we design, we have a specific process for creating the initial design concepts. Whether it is Virtual Interior Design or Luxe Full Service Design, we follow the same rhythm. Our systematic process is what keeps all the details organized and ensures the best outcome for you.

In this phase, we’ll create your design concept, which includes our suggested floor plan (for flow and function), space planning (what to put where), as well as selecting stylistic elements like color palette, furnishings, decor, and materials.

If you are local and decide to add our “Shop the Showroom” option, then we run this process in hybrid mode: with most furnishings sourced from the showroom and most accessories and decor sourced retail.

Step 6: Zoom Concept Meeting

The most exciting part — your design is ready! We’ll schedule another fun Zoom call to run you though the PDF Design Concept Deliverable.

Your Virtual Design Concept PDF includes all the details you need to bring your design to life, from installation instructions for your project, right down to exactly how many inches off the wall your rug should be placed, to where your decor should go on your shelves!

You have a thorough plan that will make creating the design a breeze.

We’ll also teach you how to use our high-tech Online Studio, which helps you keep your project organized as you carry it out. Don’t worry, you’ll have access forever.

During this meeting, we’ll also field any questions you might have, take notes if you need any revisions, and give you the confidence to make your home the beautiful, meaningful place you have always hoped it could be.

Step 7: Enjoy Your Relaxed, Meaningful & Transformed Home!

After several months of ordering, receiving, and installing your new interior design (following our guide), your home will transform. Yes, we have several clients who have already reached this phase, and I can tell you, their homes look night and day different now.

In fact, our client from the Hunters Creek Project has officially ordered and installed all her new furnishings, and it looks spectacular! (Can we give her some applause here?)
