After 2 of their 3 kids had moved off to college, our nearly-empty nester clients downsized to this lovely home. Their primary goals included transforming their attic into a living space, as well as increased functionality in their kitchen & downstairs hallway. Done.

In the attic, we designed a custom built-in that adds depth and height, while offering comfortable bench seating, shelves, drawers & cabinets for storage. We topped it off with fresh furnishings (using our Shop the Showroom option) and their favorite art for a textured, collected feel. Downstairs, they selected several Add-ons: fresh new cabinetry designs for pantry-style utility & a new office nook with one-of-a-kind wallpaper, custom cabinetry, & an oak wood top.
