This wonderful couple finally moved into their dream home located, literally, across the street from their previous house. But, after moving their belongings just 15 yards away, they realized they had a problem: too many cold and sterile gray tones, especially in the tile flooring throughout their new living spaces.

To help them avoid a major renovation, we worked with the existing floors, warming the whole space up with an oversized area rug, a beautiful sectional and drapery in cream, and accessories with inviting curvature. We also designed a crisp new fireplace facade with a mediterranean modern feel that pairs perfectly with their exposed beams & arched doorway. Now, this living space feels sophisticated & endlessly cozy!
